TERMS AND CONDITIONS By purchasing from this website you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Konjaku Shin Limited reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. DISPATCH AND PAYMENT Goods are held at Konjaku Shin Limited until payment has cleared. Terms are payment with order Third party cheques not accepted Konjaku Shin Limited reserves the right to change and amend prices without prior notice. For uncleared cheques £10.00 bank charge to be added. DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE Any damages or shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods by telephone, fax or email. The goods must be returned within ten days of receipt. Where goods are found to have been faulty at time of dispatch we will pay postage for both return and additional mail cost. When returning damaged goods please attach or enclose a postage receipt. If you suspect goods were damaged in transit you must directly contact the carrier responsible. Konjaku Shin Limited is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. EXCHANGE Sizes may be exchanged only on condition that the goods are as new, unworn and unwashed, and returned within ten days of dispatch. In the case of size exchanges the customer must pay return and additional mail costs. Returned goods of this nature will be closely examined to assess their condition. Books, DVD's and videos will not be exchanged unless proven to be faulty at the time of dispatch. AVAILABILITY AND DELAY Goods are subject to availability. If goods ordered are no longer available, or if we envisage a significant delay we will advise you immediately on receipt of your order. We will normally send your order to you within 10 business days. We will contact you by email on receipt of you order to advise date of dispatch. Our policy is one of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and or products without notice The correct shipping cost for the UK, Europe or Rest of the World must be selected at the time of order. Where this is found to be incorrect we will advise you on examining your order as to any additional monies owed. Any additional costs must be paid before goods are dispatched. In the event of orders over £500.00 you must contact us directly and we will advise the correct shipping cost. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund, or cancel, within 7 days of placing the order. Here is how to return an item: 1. Include the Delivery Note in the parcel with the goods being returned. 2. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed. 3. Address your parcel as follows: Returns Department 4. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. 5. Postage costs for all postal returns are payable by the customer. 6. Pack all return items with original packaging. LIABILITY We do not accept liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased. SUPPLY OF TRAINING WEAPONS It is our policy not to supply any training weapons to anyone under the age of eighteen years.
